Our client is currently building an Agentic AI platform from scratch. Given that Agentic AI is relatively new, I can consider AI specialists with experience across Bedrock, Fabric or OpenAI.

* 8+ years of experience in either application operations, ML engineering, or platform management roles.
* Demonstrated understanding in how to approach managing LLM or AI model performance in production environments.
* Strong understanding of model drift, data shift, prompt consistency, and AI observability techniques. Knowledge of AI governance and responsible AI practices, especially for public sector or regulated environments. Strong analytical and systems thinking skills with the ability to build dashboards, workflows, and alerting for AI operations.

* 6-10+ years' experience in management consulting, strategy, or digital transformation, ideally within the public sector or professional services.
* Demonstrated experience in AI strategy, digital service transformation or public sector reform. Commitment to work across a multidisciplinary team from strategy to delivery, you should be just as comfortable working to support a delivery team in its operations as developing high level strategy and advise. Strong commercial and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust across executive and technical teams.
* Exposure to AI technologies and platforms (e.g. machine learning, generative AI, agentic systems) and their application in public service use cases.
* Be able to work with ambiguity and take self-ownership of outcomes.

* Lead the technical design, architecture, and implementation of an Agentic Platform using AWS Bedrock and associated services.
* Develop and orchestrate autonomous and semi-autonomous agents across multi-step workflows and decision environments.
* Oversee the development of scalable, secure, and maintainable LLM-based solutions that integrate with public sector systems and cloud platforms.
* Mentor and lead a team of AI developers and engineers through agile development practices and continuous integration pipelines.
* Work with multidisciplinary teams to translate AI strategies into robust platform capabilities and technical execution plans.
* Implement best practices in prompt engineering, LLM lifecycle management, and model evaluation frameworks.
* Design and maintain agent orchestration flows, memory management, vector search integration, and task-routing mechanisms.
* Collaborate with DevOps, cyber security, and compliance teams to ensure secure and compliant deployment environments.
Some of your experience and attributes will include:
* 7+ years of experience in software development, with the last 18+ months focusing on AI or ML roles.
* Proven leadership experience in building and deploying AI or LLM-based platforms.
* Deep expertise in AWS services, particularly Bedrock, SageMaker, Lambda, API Gateway, S3, DynamoDB, and Step Functions.
* Strong understanding of LLMs, vector databases (e.g., Amazon OpenSearch, Pinecone), and agent orchestration libraries.
* Hands-on experience with tools such as LangChain, PromptLayer, or similar agentic orchestration frameworks.
* Advanced proficiency in Python and software engineering best practices, including CI/CD and containerisation (Docker, ECS).
* Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver high-impact AI solutions in complex environments.

* Coursework or project experience involving LLMs, NLP, or AI platforms.
