The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.
Responsibilities
* General building maintenance and trade knowledge
* Strong understanding in mechanical/electrical systems
* Development and maintenance of site specific documentation and quality assurance
* Sub - contractor management, Crisis Management, Undertaken hazard & risk assessments
* Australian and ACT WHS legislation and compliance
* Monitor project deliverables
* Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress
* Coach and support project team members with tasks you assign them
Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
* Strong business acumen in project planning and management
* Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
* Must have facility management or equivalent level of experience.
* Cert IV in workplace Health & Safety
* Police Clearance & AGSVA or baseline security clearance
