BPSM Architects is seeking an Administration Officer with a flair for desktop publishing.
From crafting tender submissions and website content to managing front-of-house and supporting exciting projects, this is your chance to make an impact in a dynamic architectural practice.
Key Responsibilities
Provide desktop publishing to produce high-quality tender submissions, marketing materials and other professional documents.
Assist with project administration and contract documentation.
Prepare agendas, minutes, and maintain accurate records.
Manage reception and maintain a professional front-of-house environment.
Coordinate company calendar, meeting rooms and equipment.
Maintain stationery, office supplies and consumables.
What We're Looking For
Minimum 3-5 years of administration experience.
A candidate with the ability to learn and grow in the above responsibilities within an architectural context.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (essential) and Adobe Creative Cloud (desirable).
Strong written communication and organisational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Professional presentation.
Australian work rights are required for this position.
