The Department's Statewide Service Division provides tiered, connected services and support to schools aligned with strategic objectives. The division encompasses both school and system-facing service delivery models-providing services and support to schools to drive student achievement. As a manager, Capability Support within the Service Design and Support directorate, you will inform and contribute to the directorate's purpose of providing strategy, policy, and program oversight and operational support.
* Developing and implementing online teaching and learning systems in schools
* Managing processes for digital content production and publication
* Providing strategic oversight and advice for ICT systems delivery
* Collaborating across teams to deliver a connected, coherent service model
You will lead branch operations in accordance with the Department's strategic directions, policies, and relevant legislation as an effective leader.
