Job Description
We are seeking a
Site Superintendent Representative – Water/Wastewater
to oversee and manage construction activities for major infrastructure projects. Key responsibilities include:
* Act as Superintendent's Representative for construction contracts, ensuring compliance and quality.
* Supervise water and sewer network installations and treatment plant construction.
* Monitor contractor performance and manage site operations to meet project timelines.
* Maintain accurate documentation and provide detailed progress reports.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve technical and operational challenges.
Qualifications
Ideal candidates will bring strong technical expertise and leadership skills. We are looking for:
* Proven experience as a Superintendent Representative or in contract management for construction projects.
* Extensive knowledge of water and sewer network construction and treatment plant projects.
* Strong understanding of safety standards and regulatory compliance.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
* High-level organisational and reporting skills.
