The job - Essential functions
Execute sales strategy, drive growth, and enhance market penetration in the pharmacy sector, focusing on niche products.
Manage relationships with key banner groups, independent pharmacies, wholesalers, and distributors; promote product portfolio to healthcare professionals.
Achieve sales targets, develop strategic account plans, and foster relationships with decision-makers.
Identify growth opportunities, negotiate, and secure new business.
Maintain CRM records, analyze sales data, and deliver product training to pharmacy staff.
Minimum requirements
At least 3+ years as a Key Account Manager or Business Development Manager in the ANZ pharmacy channel.
Existing relationships with Pharmacy Banner Groups and Wholesalers are preferred.
Passion for improving patient care through innovative solutions.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
