Job Overview
Your role in this position will involve providing administrative support to a multidisciplinary team. Key duties include coordinating diaries and committee meetings, as well as data processing.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide administrative assistance to the team as directed by the team manager.
* Maintain accurate records of appointments and schedules.
* Support the team in meeting accreditation requirements.
* Ensure all activities are carried out in accordance with relevant legislation.
* Contribute to the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives.
* Demonstrate effective use of resources and supplies.
* Record maintenance needs and manage Director of Medical Services schedule.
* Participate in quality assurance activities.
* Collaborate in data collection for hospital-wide projects.
* Prioritize customer needs and align with supplier objectives.
* Collect and process data for various initiatives.
* Perform secretarial duties including report collation and meeting documentation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will require a minimum of three years' clerical experience, accompanied by efficient communication skills and proven organizational abilities. Ideally, you will have exposure to healthcare environments.
