The Executive Assistant is accountable to the Program Manager Business Support for providing a range of coordinated and confidential administrative support services that contribute to the management and effectiveness of Community and Allied Health. Duties will include (but not limited to) effectively managing and monitoring email communication correspondence, taking initiative in the collation, preparation and presentation of information for consideration by the senior leadership team, developing and monitoring appropriate administrative office and organisational systems and procedures, supporting relevant meetings and sub-committees including preparation and circulation of agendas, taking and distributing minutes and initiating follow up action as required, making travel and accommodation arrangements.
