The Role
Reporting to the Head of Commercial, this is a high-impact Commercial Finance Manager role partnering closely with senior stakeholders, including Brand CEOs. You will play a key role in driving profitability, delivering insights, and supporting strategic initiatives across multiple brands.
Key Responsibilities
* Partner with Brand CEOs and commercial leaders to drive financial performance
* Lead budgeting, forecasting, and scenario modelling processes
* Provide insights and analysis on revenue, margins, and cost drivers
* Build and maintain robust financial modelsSupport strategic planning and business decision-makingAnalyse performance across multiple brands and business units
About You
* Proven experience in Commercial Finance, FP&A, or Finance Business Partnering roles
* Background in retail, FMCG, or other multi-site environments highly regarded
* Strong financial modelling and analytical capability
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
* CA/CPA qualified (or equivalent)
