We are looking for an ambitious Lead Product Marketing Manager to drive our GTM strategy, work alongside passionate product marketers, and bring exciting features to market. Based in Australia (Melbourne or Sydney), this role offers significant impact and may include managing 1-2 direct reports.
Responsibilities
* Develop and execute GTM strategies for your portfolios
* Influence and coordinate cross-functional teams to bring products to market
* Define targeting strategies and develop ICP/buyer personas
* Own positioning & messaging, and enable teams to leverage these across marketing funnels
* Create compelling narratives to drive awareness and demand
* Partner with teams to ensure product adoption and engagement
* Analyze market and competitive insights to inform workstreams
* Manage stakeholder relationships and communicate effectively across teams
Qualifications
* 10+ years in business/general marketing, preferably in international B2B companies
* 6+ years in product marketing, launching products, driving growth, enabling teams, and conducting market research
* Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
* Experience leading complex GTM launches and influencing senior stakeholders
* Strong skills in positioning, messaging, and market analysis
* Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively
* Growth mindset and passion for solving customer problems with products
