Every day, Suncare employees are making a difference to real people and making people's lives better.Suncare Community Registered Nurse - what's involved in the role?As a Registered Nurse with Suncare, you will be joining a positive and very supportive clinical team and will enjoy being part of a multidisciplinary team providing holistic and flexible nursing services through an integrated approach to support individuals living in the community.You will regularly meet with customers in their own home to assess their needs and implement a preventative based approach to health care through clinical skill and knowledge, in addition to providing advice and services within your scope of practice. You will also maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records with supporting documentation of care plans, progress notes, customer reviews, outcome measures, incidents and consent.This is a mobile role, and administrative tasks can be completedat our Rockhampton office and also from home or co-working space, which gives flexibility and autonomy as you plan your own schedule.This role supports ourRockhampton region andthere is flexibility with fortnightly hours, including Full Time or Part Time employment.
