About The Role
We seek an enthusiastic and organised individual who is able to join our team and provide day to day administrative support for our Solicitors and Conveyancer. Your everyday responsibilities will include but not limited to:-
* Running conveyancing files from initial instruction to settlement
* Final settlement correspondence including invoicing
* Liaising with clients, lenders, agents and other stakeholders
* E-conveyancing transactions with PEXA and Duties Online
* General administrative duties
* Provide office reception support when required
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have the following skills and experience:-
* Ability to prioritise work
* Must be punctual and reliable
* Attention to detail
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Strong work ethic
* Initiative and enthusiasm
* Computer literate
* The ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
* Be flexible, reliable and have a common sense approach to the performance of their duties
Experience in Conveyancing is an advantage but not necessary as full training will be provided.
