Job Description

- Ensure all travel arrangements align with company policies and budgets.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to confirm travel requirements and preferences.
- Maintain accurate travel records and provide regular updates to relevant departments.
- Handle last-minute changes or cancellations efficiently and professionally.
- Research and recommend cost-effective travel options without compromising quality.
- Provide administrative support for travel-related documentation and approvals.
- Build strong relationships with travel service providers and negotiate favourable rates.
The Successful Applicant
- Previous experience in travel management or executive assistant role.
- Proficiency in using travel booking systems and software.
- Solid organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A proactive and problem-solving mindset.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling travel arrangements.
- Knowledge of travel policies, visas, and compliance requirements.
