The role: An exciting opportunity for an Assistant Property Manager to support our Property Managers in managing client portfolios, operating within budget limits, authorities, requirements, and procedures issued by Knight Frank Senior Management and the Client.
Key Responsibilities: Assist with day-to-day activities in managing client portfolios.Code invoices and handle financial accounting, including accounts payable, receivable, and budgeting.Raise Purchase Orders and Sundry charges as needed.Manage arrears and assist with rent reviews.Maintain lease information and prepare monthly tenant reports.Monitor defects and ongoing maintenance, assign work, and ensure completion.Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants, clients, and service providers.
Who are we looking for?

The ideal candidate will have:At least 1 year of experience in a similar property role.A relevant degree, such as a Bachelor of Business (Property), is preferable.A valid Agents Representative/Certificate of Registration.Proficiency in MS Office Suite.Strong analytical and attention to detail skills.Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.Effective communication skills and team engagement.Initiative, autonomy, and the ability to contribute and innovate.Ability to coordinate reports and business submissions.We encourage applications from individuals of all backgrounds and abilities.
