The Role
The Lodge Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of lodge operations, guest experience, and team leadership. This is a highly visible, hands-on role requiring strong operational capability, people leadership, and the ability to adapt in a remote environment.
* Overseeing daily lodge operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences
* Leading, mentoring, and supporting front-of-house, housekeeping, and kitchen teams
* Managing staffing, onboarding, training, and performance standards
* Overseeing administration, including stock control, ordering, scheduling, and reporting
* Providing hands-on support across departments, including guest logistics and camp operations
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience as a Lodge Manager, Assistant Lodge Manager, or senior hospitality leader
* Strong background in guest experience and service-led operations
* Confident in managing small teams in remote or standalone environments
* Sound administrative and organisational skills, including stock and rostering
* Manual driver's licence required; 4WD experience or willingness to learn
