Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, define, control, and verify project scope.
* Forecast, report, control, estimate, and budget costs.
* Develop and control schedules.
* Plan, control, and assure quality.
* Identify, monitor, respond to, and plan for risks/issues.
* Plan purchases, manage procurement, and administer contracts.
* Manage documents, plan communications, distribute information, and report performance.
The ideal candidate will take ownership of key deliverables like project plans and schedules and refer unresolved issues to higher management. With high autonomy, you will collaborate to define teams and achieve project outcomes, build strong relationships, set clear tasks, and ensure accountability and authority.
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have a degree in construction management or a related discipline.
The ideal candidate will have experience in project scheduling software (either Microsoft Project/Primavera) and project finance management software (SAP). They will also have 8+ years of demonstrated industry experience and proficiency in identifying and managing avoidable project risks.
