At Kitchen Innovations (KI), we specialise in high-quality joinery and cabinetry solutions across residential and commercial projects. We're currently expanding our Queensland operations and looking for Labourers, Cabinet Makers, and Installers to join our dynamic and supportive team.
Launched just 12 months ago to coincide with our 30-year milestone, our Queensland facility is a key part of KI's National Growth Strategy and serves as a major manufacturing hub. Equipped with cutting-edge stone fabrication technology, we deliver full supply chain solutions to some of Australia's top builders.
Labourers
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with production tasks and general factory duties
* Operate machinery, forklifts, and electric pallet jacks
* Monitor cabinetry quality and stock hardware components
* Maintain a clean and safe work environment
* Record production details and report issues promptly
What You'll Need:
* White card preferred
* Physically fit and reliable
* Willingness to learn and support production as needed

Cabinet Makers
Key Responsibilities:
* Cut, machine, assemble, and install cabinetry
* Follow production schedules and minimise material waste
* Read technical drawings and work with precision
* Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth delivery
* Maintain quality and safety standards at all times
What You'll Need:
* Proven experience in cabinet making and joinery
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* White card and driver's licence preferred

Installers / Site Fitters
Key Responsibilities:
* Install joinery and cabinetry on-site to specification
* Read and verify plans before starting installations
* Adjust panels, doors, and fittings as needed
* Communicate with builders, clients, and other trades
* Maintain clean and safe job sites
What You'll Need:
* Experience in joinery/cabinetry installation
* Strong communication skills and attention to detail
* Own tools and vehicle preferred
* Ability to document work and report issues accurately
