Job Overview
Reporting to the Branch Manager – Launceston, your role as the Technician – Field Service will cover metro and greater Launceston.
You will provide skilful and efficient maintenance and repair of Komatsu Customer Equipment and through your efforts, contribute to a professional team environment by ensuring high levels of safety, quality and efficiency for the Komatsu Launceston Field Service Department.
We're looking for someone who's passionate about delivering great customer service and being a supportive part of the Komatsu Australia team.
You'll bring a strong commitment to safety, take pride in your work, and be comfortable working on your own or with others.
Good organisational and people skills are important, along with clear communication - both written and verbal.
You should also be confident using computer systems, including Microsoft Office.
