We at de Lacey Coffee Roasters are a family-owned specialty coffee roastery in Hobart and are looking for a passionate, highly experienced barista to join our team.
Position Details
* Role: Permanent Full-Time
* Location: Our coffee roastery in Hobart
* Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:45am–4:15pm
What We're Looking For
* Exceptional barista skills with deep knowledge of coffee preparation and grinder calibration
* Minimum 2+ years of barista experience required
* Consistency in cup quality, even during busy service
* Strong multitasking abilities and composure under pressure
* Excellent communication and customer interaction/service skills
* Friendly, positive attitude and team spirit
* Australian work rights required for this position
* Australian citizenship or permanent residency required for this position
* Previous management or supervisory experience preferred but not essential
