AI-native platform
designed to transform
Maintenance, Repair & Operations (MRO)
and
Enterprise Asset Management (EAM)
for asset-intensive industries.
We are seeking an experienced
Regional Sales Manager
to establish and scale the platform's presence across the
Australian market
. This role will own regional revenue, strategic enterprise accounts, and partner ecosystem relationships, with a focus on industries such as
Oil & Gas, Mining, Process Industries, Utilities, and Manufacturing
.
The ideal candidate brings strong experience selling enterprise SaaS and asset management solutions, thrives in consultative, relationship-led sales, and can navigate complex, multi-stakeholder buying environments.
Key Responsibilities
* Define and execute a regional sales strategy to achieve and exceed revenue targets across asset-intensive industries in Australia.
* Own the complete sales cycle, from opportunity identification and qualification through negotiation and deal closure.
* Build, manage, and grow relationships with enterprise customers, partners, and system integrators, acting as a trusted advisor.
* Lead complex, consultative sales discussions by demonstrating a deep understanding of customer operations, maintenance workflows, and digital transformation priorities.
* Engage effectively with Procurement, Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, IT, and Digital leadership stakeholders.
* Position AI-native SaaS solutions and associated services to deliver outcomes such as asset reliability, cost optimisation, and operational excellence.
* Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
* Collaborate with OEMs, partners, and system integrators on joint go-to-market initiatives.
* Provide guidance and coaching to assigned sales team members, where applicable.
* Track market trends, competitive activity, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
* Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations, proposals, and business cases.
* Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and account data using CRM platforms such as Zoho, HubSpot, or similar tools.
Required Qualifications
* 15–20 years of enterprise B2B sales experience within asset-intensive industries such as Mining, Oil & Gas, Utilities, Process, or Manufacturing.
* Proven experience selling EAM, MRO, APM, or related enterprise SaaS solutions.
* Strong track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and consistently exceeding sales targets.
* Experience engaging C-level executives, procurement teams, and operational leadership.
* Established relationships with System Integrators and partners in the EAM and digital asset management ecosystem.
* Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to influence decision-making and build consensus across diverse stakeholder groups.
* Willingness to travel extensively across Australia.
Preferred Qualifications
* Prior experience with OEMs or high-growth technology organisations in the asset management space.
* Exposure to AI-driven platforms, predictive maintenance, asset performance management, or digital twin solutions.
