Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Project Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our sales support team, you will be responsible for managing multiple large projects from initial tender stage to final supply.
You will be the first point of contact and respond to all enquiries from Interior Designers, Architects, and Wholesalers. Your excellent communication skills and ability to engage key stakeholders and clients in a professional manner will ensure successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage multiple large projects from initial tender stage to final supply.
* Keep customers updated with the progress of their project including advising lead times, any potential issues, and prepare solutions to any possible issue throughout the project lifecycle.
* Schedule & coordinate delivery of orders, ensuring packaging meets customer specifications.
* Preparing quote estimates from floor plans/architectural drawings.
* Maintaining & updating the client database.
* Preparing contracts, sales reports & calendar bookings for the Account Management Team.
* General project administration duties.

Requirements:
* Proven track record of Customer Service, Internal Sales or Project Coordination within the Lighting Industry.
* A clear passion for the Design Industry & appreciation for artistically designed and produced products.
* Ability to work engage key stakeholders and clients in a professional manner.
* High presentation, attention to detail, well-spoken and team-player mentality.
