SUPER) ROLE OVERVIEW An experienced Project Manager is required to deliver and manage complex and sensitive projects. The Project Manager will work under broad direction to ensure successful project delivery that aligns with strategic goals and operational requirements. The role requires high-level project coordination skills, strong stakeholder engagement, and a deep understanding of governance, reporting, and risk management. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and governance in line with the organisation's framework. Ensure delivery of project milestones on time, within scope and budget. Oversee project reporting, including status updates, exception reports, and executive briefs. Prepare business cases, plans, and corporate documentation. Manage budgets, procurement, and contract-related activities. Identify and manage risks, issues, and benefits with appropriate treatment strategies. Evaluate project performance and ensure quality assurance across all deliverables. MORE ABOUT YOU Strong written and verbal communication with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders. Proven experience managing complex projects and working within a PMO or delivery environment. Skilled in using project methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall. Ability to analyse data, identify risks, and resolve issues to support decision-making. Demonstrated judgement, governance awareness, and experience with compliance frameworks. Proficient in Microsoft Project, Word, Visio, Excel, and PPM tools. Collaborative, adaptable, and capable of managing competing priorities in a fast-paced setting.
