About you:
In your new role you will:
* Provide expert, strategic and timely advice on a broad range of executive, corporate service and business management matters to the Service Director Disaster Management and Clinical Support Services Division.
* Manage and maintain strong, positive relationships utilising highly developed communication skills when liaising with senior members of the Division, CHHHS staff and other stakeholders, ensuring effective outcomes are achieved.
* Manage and lead the end-to-end processes of the annual budget, month end reconciliation, financial assurance and controls, reporting deliverables and responsibilities within the division.
* Lead and direct members within the Business Services team, to deliver efficient and effective business services, to support strategic and operational objectives.
* Partner and collaborate across Divisions Leadership Team to deliver agreed business outcomes aligned to organisational, business and operational plans utilising contemporary best practices and process.
* Proactively review and implement change initiatives and financial sustainability strategies within the division.
