Job Description:
As a Landscape Designer, you will play a crucial role in creating bespoke pool and landscape design concepts for clients. You will work closely with the team to prepare and undertake consultations, designing and drawing plans that meet client and regulatory requirements.
About The Role:
* Conduct face-to-face client consultations to create tailored design concept plans
* Prepare detailed pool and landscape plans consistent with client, council, and developer needs
* Develop and maintain Vectorworks templates
* Liaise with internal departments to resolve project-based issues
* Coordinate plan amendments and updates as required by clients, stakeholders, councils, and developers
* Evaluate plans to ensure compliance with DA and CDC conditions, making necessary changes
Key Skills & Experience:
* Relevant qualification in Landscape Design or Architecture
* At least 1 year's experience in landscape and pool design for residential projects
* Proficiency in Vectorworks software
