**Job Title:** Fleet Coordinator
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient management of our fleet. This involves working closely with mining supervisors and engineers to report on project performance and make informed decisions.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and accurate data on fleet optimization and continuous improvements.
- Identify opportunities for operational enhancement and communicate them to key stakeholders.
- Monitor Infomine to ensure operators enter correct production activity codes.
- Relay relevant information from dispatch to supervisors, such as weather updates or blasting exclusions.
- Collaborate with Mining Operations and Maintenance to optimize efficiency and task allocation.
- Update leave registers and confirm labor time usage allocations with supervisors.
- Enter accurate production and equipment data into production systems.
- Monitor equipment breakdown codes and align recorded durations with maintenance records in JDE.
- Review, validate, and export Infomine shift data for payroll processing and shift performance reporting.
- Work with the client's fleet management team to ensure consistency of shift production data.
