Concrete Plant Leadership Opportunity
We are seeking an accomplished operational leader to oversee the management of our concrete plant operations in Orange and Blayney sites.
This role combines strategic oversight, sales, and financial direction across our concrete operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Take ownership of day-to-day plant operations including safety, production, sales, and customer service.
* Drive performance through effective cost management, budgeting, and P&L accountability.
* Foster strong customer relationships and pursue new business opportunities.
* Lead and support your team to deliver excellent service and operational outcomes.
Requirements:

* Proven experience in operational management, preferably in the construction or manufacturing industry.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
