Waste Water Services | Vysarn Limited (ASX: VYS)
Perth, WA
Waste Water Services designs, builds and commissions water and wastewater treatment infrastructure for the mining, industrial and municipal sectors. We are part of Vysarn Limited (ASX: VYS), Australia’s leading vertically integrated water services provider.
We are expanding our project delivery team in Perth, supported by a new hub opening in Port Hedland to service our Pilbara clients more directly. Two positions are open. Both would suit a graduate or someone in the early years of their career.
The roles
The two positions sit within the same team and have natural overlap. The first is focused on project coordination, supporting project managers and site teams across mobilisation, subcontractor coordination and project documentation. The second is focused on service administration, supporting scheduling, bookings and operational administration.
You will work on process infrastructure projects — treatment plants, pump stations, filtration systems and reverse osmosis plants for clients including BHP, Rio Tinto, Fortescue, Water Corporation and a number of regional communities across Western Australia.
What you’ll be doing:
Project Coordinator
- Coordinating cranes, vac trucks, subcontractors and other external services
- Managing mobilisation bookings, inductions and training records
- Supporting MDR, OMM and compliance documentation
- Tracking project milestones and supporting scheduling
- Coordinating supplier drawings, manuals and compliance records
- Supporting commissioning preparation and materials dispatch
Service Administrator
- Coordinating service bookings and scheduling
- Preparing reports, spreadsheets and project documentation
- Supporting procurement and service-related administration
- Managing mobilisation paperwork and compliance documentation
- Supporting communication between internal teams, suppliers and field personnel
Who we’re looking for
- A degree or early career experience in engineering, construction, business or a related field
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- An interest in the water and infrastructure sector
Any prior exposure to engineering, construction or service-based environments is useful, as is familiarity with MDRs, OMMs or formal project documentation.
Working with us:
You will work alongside experienced project managers and engineers who take the development of junior staff seriously. The work is substantive from day one — the projects we deliver are critical to the operations of our clients and the communities they support. As Vysarn continues to grow, there is room to grow with it.
