The Miami Bakehouse Group is a leading food manufacturer, comprising of 7 sites: Our central manufacturing facility in Mandurah, supplying our six retail businesses across WA's southwest. We are a well organised business operating in the manufacturing and retail sectors with strong systems and business practices.
An opening exists for a Payroll & Accounts Officer to join the team at Miami Bakehouse. This is a permanent part time position, offering 20 hours a week worked Monday - Wednesday.
**About your new role**
Based in Mandurah, you will provide administrative and financial support to the business, working within a well-structured and supportive team.
Hours are: Monday 8:30am - 5pm, Tues and Wednesday 8:30am - 3pm.
**What are the role responsibilities?**
- End to end processing of weekly payroll in a timely manner
- Entering data to maintain and update payroll information
- Ensure correct allocation of wage expenses using timesheets
- Entering approved leave in our time in attendance system (Tanda)
- Preparation of weekly financial and KPI reporting
- Accounts Receivable and Payable assistance
- Sales reconciliations
- Banking
- Other adhoc duties
**Who are we looking for?**
This opportunity would suit an experienced payroll officer looking for that next challenge. What we need from you is:
- Accounts / Bookkeeping experience
- Strong knowledge of MYOB or similar
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Great communication skills
- Valid driver's licence
