About the Role
* Meet contract requirements, upholding ethical and professional standards.
* Contribute to practice improvements in Aftercare, promoting high standards of service delivery.
* Foster a culture that values young people's autonomy and self-determination.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide advocacy, mentoring and practical support based on trauma-informed care principles.
* Build trusting, respectful partnerships with young people, recognising their strengths and highlighting future possibilities.
* Facilitate access to entitlements and assistance such as allowances and personal files.
Requirements
* Minimum 3 years' experience working with young people and relevant tertiary qualifications in social science or equivalent.
* Current NSW driver's licence and NSW WWCC.
