Job Overview
The Site Engineer plays a pivotal role in delivering one of WA's largest infrastructure projects, contributing to the Tonkin Highway extension and upgrades. As a key member of the project team, you will be responsible for coordinating construction schedules and work programs.
Drive project performance by monitoring and reporting on daily costs. Work closely with senior engineers and supervisors to procure and manage on-site subcontractors and service suppliers.
Provide on-site technical support ensuring all activities are delivered to a high standard of quality and in line with project specifications.
Identify risks and uphold our HSEQ standards contributing to an exemplary safety culture.
Strong communication skills are essential for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams, including stakeholders, subcontractors, and service suppliers.
As a Site Engineer, you will be required to maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Develop and implement effective strategies to mitigate potential risks and optimize project outcomes.
Build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and external partners to foster a positive and productive working environment.
Requirements
