Picture this:
* Providing essential administrative and operational support across the entire employee lifecycle.
* Coordinating end-to-end recruitment, from high-impact job adverts to offer.
* Accurately managing employee data, onboarding, and offboarding through the Employment Hero platform.
* Organising 'staffternoons', social events, and company-wide celebrations to foster a positive team environment.
* Acting as a reliable bridge to payroll and working with our external HR partner to ensure compliance and the effective execution of key HR processes.
* Using tools like Canva to create visually engaging communications that keep our team informed and inspired.
This is our first internal HR role created to support a high-performing workforce, and we want YOU to help us deliver it!
What are we looking for?
We welcome applications from motivated HR professionals who possess the following:
* A tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related business field.
* Proven experience in HR administration and the coordination of full‐lifecycle HR processes.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills with a focus on delivering quality service to the team.
* Strong computer literacy with demonstrated experience in Employment Hero (or similar HRIS), Microsoft Suite, and Canva.
* The ability to work in a high‐pressure environment, set priorities, and manage time effectively.
* A high degree of discretion when managing confidential and sensitive employment information.
* Strong organisational skills with a focus on data integrity and accurate record‐keeping.
* The ability to travel to all of our clinics if required.
