We foster a culture of connection—linking our work, customers, colleagues, and community—creating an environment that promotes openness, collaboration, and creativity.Role Overview:Reporting to the Head of ANZ Region, the Sales Executive (RE/Twill) will drive sales growth of AMCS solutions and services. Supported by BDRs and Presales teams, the SE will manage all stages of the sales cycle, working directly with prospects to understand their technical and business challenges and identify solutions involving AMCS products, including the AMCS Platform & Wastedge. The product suite also includes complementary solutions such as Route Optimization, EHS, ESG, and Fleet Maintenance, offering opportunities for new business and cross-selling.Responsibilities:Establish and execute a strategic growth plan for the assigned territory.Manage and drive the sales pipeline to meet and exceed sales quotas.Lead the entire sales cycle from initial engagement to closing sales.Become a subject matter expert on all AMCS products and services.Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, and Business Development teams on new opportunities, including customer visits and demonstrations.Work with Technical and Delivery teams to demonstrate solutions and identify customer requirements.Ensure smooth transition from sale to implementation with the professional services team.Work as part of a larger sales team, including BDRs and Pre-Sales Engineers.Track and analyze sales activities using our sales platforms.Conduct effective online demos for prospects.Provide feedback and propose solutions to shorten sales cycles, enhance sales, and improve brand reputation.Perform other duties as required.Skills/Requirements:Bachelor’s degree with 3-5 years of mid-market sales experience, with a proven record of exceeding revenue targets.Experience in SaaS sales is highly regarded, especially with resource management or transport solutions.Excellent communication skills (active listening, written, verbal, presentation).Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.Ability to explain complex technological concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM systems.Self-motivated and driven.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.Experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Experience in lead generation and cold-calling.Negotiation skills and resilience to rejection to achieve sales goals.Knowledge of recognized sales methodologies is a plus.
