We are looking for an experienced Employment Mentor to join our team. This rewarding role involves providing tailored support services to secure long-term employment opportunities for people with disability.
This is a full-time position, working within our office from Monday to Friday. As an Employment Mentor, you will bring your industry knowledge and compassion to provide career guidance, skill assessments and connect participants with employment opportunities.
* Motivate and engage participants in their employment journey
* Establish relationships with local employers to identify job prospects
* Place participants into sustainable employment with positive outcomes
* Ensure proper documentation and records of all activities
* Deliver exceptional service at every stage of the process
To be successful in this role you will have experience in supporting people with disability and excellent communication skills. You will also be able to work collaboratively within a diverse team and attain or willingness obtain necessary checks.
