Required Skills and Experience:**
* 3-5 years strong technical expertise with hands-on experience in front-end engineering using JavaScript, ReactJS, JavaScript-based downstream API integration.
* Effective stakeholder management, with the ability to engage, influence, and collaborate across diverse teams.
* Clear and proactive communicator, confident in articulating technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
* Highly engaged and adaptable, able to thrive in dynamic environments and quickly assimilate new technologies and practices.
* Familiarity with a range of web frameworks and technologies, including ReactJS, Redux, HTML, and CSS.
* Solid understanding of IT system architecture, including application, network, infrastructure, and security layers.
* Strong grasp of best practice standards and design patterns, ensuring scalable and maintainable solutions.
* Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), including:
* o Adaptive Forms
* o Customization of Adobe Forms components
* Desirable experience with Java/Spring boot API development using frameworks such as Spring Boot, with a solid understanding of RESTful service design.
