About the Role
* Providing technical support and troubleshooting services to clients via phone, email, or on-site visits
* Installing, configuring, and maintaining computer hardware and software
* Diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to laptops, phones, printers, Wi-Fi routers, and other devices
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A passion for technology and a strong understanding of various software and hardware systems
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Able to explain technical concepts in simple terms
* Your own vehicle and current driver's license
* A reliable toolkit, troubleshooting equipment, and parts inventory
* A valid Australian Business Number (ABN) and relevant business insurance
