Alexon Fire Services is a trusted fire safety service provider specialising in fire equipment maintenance, installation, and testing & tagging across Melbourne. We're proud to be one of the premier fire protection companies Melbourne relies on for essential fire safety services.

The Role


This is a key office-based role focused on ensuring our clients' buildings remain compliant and their fire prevention equipment is ready when it matters most.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Scheduling service appointments and dispatching technicians to client sites
* Liaising with clients to understand service requirements and ensure timely solutions
* Allocating work, purchase orders, and tasks to technicians and subcontractors
* Processing and reconciling work orders, purchase orders, field reports, and invoices
* Maintaining accurate service records and technician schedules
* Assisting with service quotes, invoices, and related documentation
* Communicating clearly with clients, technicians, and internal team members
* Navigating and updating our field management system (Uptick)

About You


You're someone who enjoys building strong relationships—with both clients and technicians. You're confident communicating with people from all walks of life and thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.

You'll also bring:

* Strong organisational and time-management skills
* The ability to multitask and pivot between priorities
* A proactive, team-first mindset
* Solid admin and tech skills
* Previous experience in a similar role or within the fire industry (highly regarded)
