Reporting to the Brand Director, you will craft a universe within the boutique that delivers memorable client experiences and fosters a fulfilling employee setting.Responsibilities Implement a solid clienteling approach to drive ambitious and sustainable business results.Develop relationships and initiate boutique activities to enhance the brand's reputation and desirability through networking and events.Drive CRM and clienteling initiatives, leading by example in building relationships with clients and prospects.Manage boutique operations in accordance with brand and group compliance policies.Design the optimum organization, recruit the right profiles, and ensure proactive talent pipeline.Coach, train, motivate, and inspire the team to achieve exceptional performance.What will make you successful 4+ years of previous experience in retail management (high watchmaking knowledge is preferred or high-value luxury product).
