We're seeking a dynamic individual to spearhead our Community Recovery Programs, where you'll oversee the design, development, and delivery of vital programs aimed at rebuilding and revitalising communities in the aftermath of disasters. As the Director Community Recovery Programs with NSW Reconstruction Authority, you'll have the exciting opportunity to lead a dedicated team in coordinating and delivering Disaster Relief Grants, Recovery Support Services, and the innovative Community Recovery Officer program. Your role will be pivotal in collaborating with experts, regional staff, government and non-government organisations to ensure our programs align with community needs, best practices and government priorities. About You We are looking for an executive with Substantial experience in program management at the executive level Experience adeptly navigating diverse stakeholder interests, fostering meaningful relationships, and driving consensus to ensure effective disaster recovery initiatives. A proven track record in successfully leading regionally dispersed teams. Extensive experience in leading teams through complex and dynamic environments and managing diverse stakeholders. Proficiency in solving intricate problems within complex environments, coupled with the capacity to lead teams through period of change.
