We are seeking an enthusiastic Recruitment Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As a key member of the People team, you will play a vital role in supporting us through our busiest time of year.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Providing administrative support to the People team
* On-boarding and off-boarding of all employees
* Responding to general queries from internal and external stakeholders
* Source, on-board and induct casual employees
* Engage with new employees and attract candidates for various roles
* Collaborate closely with the wider People team and assist with ad-hoc duties
Required Skills and Qualifications
* A minimum of recent HR experience is required
* Proficiency in using systems such as Deputy, Martian, EmploymentHero, HumanForce, Tambla, Workstream, or KeyPay
* Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
* High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
