Role PurposeAs an Associate Recruiter, you will be playing a key role in helping support our Senior recruiters manage their recruitment pipeline including (but not limited to): sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, marketing to prospective doctors, as well as ensuring candidates are properly credentialed via our internal CRM.
Role Deliverables
* Support our Senior Recruiters with sourcing, screening, and the credentialing of our doctors to ensure that they are ready to be matched up with our clients.
* Help build a pipeline of doctors and maintain relationships with existing ones across a number of recruitment channels including: our internal CRM, adverts, networks, and referrals.
* Ensures our doctors are always kept informed throughout the recruitment process, and help manage their expectations and objections as they arise.
* Play a key role in ensuring all compliance and credentialing standards are met as per the Ochre Health requirements.
* Responsible for the logistics of doctors including: travel, car-hire, and accommodation bookings.
* Work with our Senior Recruiters to market Ochre to both existing and new doctors via job adverts, email and SMS campaigns.
* Act as a point of contact for Doctors and escalate any high level inquiries from both clients and doctors onto the Senior Recruiter.
