The Role

You will identify, pursue, price, and secure HVAC service and special projects across NQ. Working closely with operations and technical teams, you will maximise opportunities from our existing service base while targeting new clients and key market segments. This is a hands‐on commercial role — owning both client relationships and project estimating. Some key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

* Identify and secure new Special and Service Project opportunities across NQ
* Grow revenue from existing service and maintenance clients
* Build strong relationships with end users, consultants, builders, and facility managers
* Prepare accurate project estimates using company estimating tools
* Drive competitive subcontractor pricing and value‐engineered solutions
* Lead high‐quality tender submissions, methodologies, and pricing proposals
* Conduct Bid / No Bid assessments and manage quotation documentation
* Ensure smooth sales handover to operations teams
About You

You will demonstrate your experience in a similar role, or knowledge of the mechanical construction market, an understanding of the challenges of working in a dynamic and fast‐growing business, and the following attributes:

* Strong written & verbal communication skills
* Strong customer service skills
* Strong persuasive and negotiation skills
* Self‐motivated
