2x Temporary Full-Time Opportunities

Lidcombe & Granville Campus

Salary Package up to $119,506 includes salary ($97,771 - $105,290) plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading

About the role

We currently have 2x Temporary Full-Time Opportunities available.

* Granville Campus until January 2027
* Lidcombe Campus until February 2027

The TAFE Services Coordinator position is responsible for working collaboratively with local functional areas including training delivery, student services, facilities management and other corporate services to ensure excellence in service experience at Ultimo Campus, optimising campus resources to create a safe and vibrant space.

About You

You enjoy applying your high level of customer service and can-do attitude and are motivated and engaged to coordinate and facilitate on the ground services, activities and events.

You have demonstrated experience in establishing relationships and networking with various stakeholders and can build good rapport with your campus community.

You will have good negotiation and communication skills and are experienced with the Microsoft Office Suite.

You are a self-starter and results driven team member who can solve problems whilst managing competing priorities.

Essential Requirements:

1. A valid Working with Children Check (required prior to commencement).

2. Diploma, Advanced Diploma or Associate Degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent skills, knowledge and experience.

3. Demonstrated success in building a rapport with a wide range of people and in monitoring and delivering services which meet customer requirements.

4. Ability to work flexible shifts including evening to align with TAFE operating hours.
