The Production Operator Position 
The Production Operator is the critical last step in the production process, ensuring our chocolates are packed in accordance with our quality standards and within allocated time schedules to best service our customers. They are key in helping improve our practices by identifying ways to work more efficiently and effectively. 
We have availability in both our Day and Afternoon Shifts. 
Day Shift operates from 7am - 3.06pm 
Afternoon Shift operates from 3pm-11.06pm 
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities 
Follow our quality standards when finishing our produce, ensuring efficiency and mínimal wastage 
Conduct final quality checks to ensure a high-quality product is packed correctly 
Accurately produce labels for each box 
Ensure all finishing tasks are compliant with HACCP and food handling standards 
Share our commitment to health and safety by demonstrating safe work practices 
Ensure high standards of personal presentation and grooming 
Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and perform cleaning duties 
Be flexible in busy periods; help where help is most needed
