Part-Time Office Support Role
We are seeking a proactive and reliable individual to support our team in an administrative capacity. As a part-time office administrator, you will be the go-to person for keeping the office running smoothly.
This is a flexible role (24–30 hours per week) with a varied workload, including accounts and project administration. You will work closely with the Managing Director and project team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
* Support the Managing Director and project team with administrative tasks
* Manage phone calls, emails, and client enquiries
* Organise photos of jobs and project progress
* Update and maintain social media and website content
* Prepare work packs and project documentation
* Process invoices and allocate costs to budgets
* Maintain asset registers and compliance records
* Coordinate staff training records and inductions
You will be confident in your ability to manage competing priorities, have strong communication skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software. We are looking for someone who can work independently and as part of a supportive team.
