Job Title: People and Workplace Strategist

* You will provide expert advice to management, employees, contractors, clients, and external stakeholders on all people-related matters.
* You will design and manage employment contracts and oversee the full employee lifecycle in partnership with internal teams.
* You will review remuneration structures, incentive programs, and performance management systems to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
* You will lead strategic resource planning initiatives including talent pipelining, recruitment activities, supplier engagement, and agency partnerships.
