**About Our Client**:
Page Personnel has partnered with a Work Health and Safety On-site provider that support remote mining, racecourses and construction businesses with on-site medical, emergency response, risk management training and occupational health support services.

The key duties of this role are,
- Onboard new employees ensuring all relevant documentation, inductions, training and medicals are completed
- To coordinate mobilisation of employees including arranging travel and accommodation
- To contribute as a team member to successful company performance through achievement of individual Key Performance Indicators.
- To assist Baseline Group achieve their financial, business and unit targets and objectives.

Taking into consideration the scope of the role, additional work hours may be required from time to time depending on the operational demands of the business. Due to the nature of the role, the Mobilisation Coordinator is expected to be in the office during the business hours of 0800-16:00 with some flexibility.The Mobilisation Coordinator has the authority to:

- Book Medicals
- Organise Inductions (with no cost)
- Book Hire Vehicles
- Prepare contracts for site based employees (Manager to approve)

**The Successful Applicant**:

- Experience or demonstrated ability in the mobilisation field.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially in Word and Excel.
- Demonstrated skills in planning and organising mobilisation activities, including self-prioritisation skills to ensure workload is managed effectively within agreed time frames and deadlines.
- Demonstrated well-developed communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal skills especially when dealing with key stakeholders. Personal Competency
- An ability to be flexible, to adapt to changing deadlines and business demands, with an ability to grow with the business.
- An ability to demonstrate tact and diplomacy when dealing with sensitive situations, maintaining confidentiality.
- An ability to work effectively, as part of a team to ensure team and business goals are met effectively and efficiently.
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast paced environment.
- High attention to detail and maintaining integrity. Experience / Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years mobilisation experience in a similar role.
- Experience in the Health/Mining industry is highly desirable.
