About the Role This is a full-scope clinical role within a supportive and experienced team, working with a diverse patient base and a broad range of presentations.

Clinical Environment This is a practice set up to support considered, clinical decision-making, not rushed volume.
You’ll have access to:
OCT
and
fundus imaging
for confident posterior eye assessment
Humphrey Visual Field Analyser (HFA)
for glaucoma and neurological workups
IPL and Blephasteam
as part of a growing and well-supported dry eye clinic
There is strong patient demand in dry eye, with systems already in place - giving you the opportunity to build real capability in this space, rather than just occasional exposure.
Skills & Experience
Minimum 1 year of clinical experience (not suitable for new graduates)
Relevant Optometry qualification (AU/NZ or equivalent)
Therapeutic endorsement
Current OA membership and professional indemnity insurance (or equivalent)
You’ll also be comfortable contributing to the broader patient experience when needed - this is a team where everyone plays a part in keeping things running well.
