* Attractive annual salary $85,804 - $93,949 p.a. plus 12% superannuation

What you'll be doing:

Reporting to the Facilities Manager, you'll play a key role in the daily operations of the RFS State Training Academy, a purpose-built facility for training, accommodation and catering. Responsibilities include front-of-house reception support, access coordination, record keeping and operational checklists, along with training room set ups and technology. The role also manages maintenance, asset and grounds programs, deliveries and stores, fleet management and other facilities activities.

To thrive in this role, you will:
* Be practical, organised and service-focused and thrive in a hands‐on facilities environment.
* Enjoy variety and take pride in keeping a complex site running smoothly.
* Be comfortable balancing administrative duties with physical and operational tasks, from reception duties to maintenance coordination, stores, fleet and IT assistance.
* Have strong attention to detail, understanding the importance of safety, compliance and accurate record-keeping.
* Have the ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
* Be a calm problem-solver and team player with the flexibility and reliability to support on-call and after-hours duties.
