The team positions and promotes the competitive edge of our products and services to create new customer relationships, revenue opportunities and successfully close opportunities to deliver against sales targets and business priorities.The role requires assisting the Sales team with the completion and accuracy of all paperwork submitted including customer contracts, finance agreements, SoW, WOL, Deal Sheets, supporting solution quotes, and any special conditions agreed to.
It is a Macquarie Park based role reporting to the Sales Manager.Scope of RoleAssist Sales with completion and review of all sale agreement documentation, including multi-device spreadsheets, clearly noting any special conditions agreed to and approval confirmed.Capture sales meeting notes and actions within MS Teams.Assist with organising catering for Sales events, customer demonstrations, and internal meetings.Work closely with relevant internal stakeholders on all matters including but not limited to Adds/Moves/Changes/Trials/Loans/POC/Changes to Address information.Responsible for the escalation of any agreed customer KPIs.Respond to consumable queries and issues and escalate recurring issues to the Service team.Highlight and escalate any Credits or Billing anomalies with key stakeholders.Responsible for all BAU Sales Staff training and compliance.Assist with the Management of Records in the CRM, including contract types, campaigns, and ensure no duplicate records exist.About YouWe are looking for someone with proven experience in customer service or client services management dealing with corporate/government environments.
Someone with the ability to understand and follow business processes and methodologies.
An inclination to foster long-term relationships with customers is a key element.
