This is achieved through the end-to-end management of CBA’s Home Loan business including distribution through proprietary and third-party channels, acquisition, retention, customer experience, risk, change and continuous improvement. The Home Buying Apply with Ease Crew exists to guide Australians with the easiest and fastest home loan application experience in market by reimagining the end-to-end experience from Origination all the way to settlement to give customers confidence to secure their dream home. Within the Crew, the Application Checklist, Submit to Decision Squad focuses on the workflow that supports the verification of customer‑provided information (such as payslips, property details and contracts of sale), enabling confident and efficient lending decisions, while meeting regulatory requirements. Do work that matters Based in our Foundry office in Sydney (with flexibility of other locations for the right candidate), you’ll join a high‑impact squad operating in a hybrid environment as a Senior Product Manager. You will be responsible for the end-to-end product roadmap/strategy, development and delivery the verification experience within the new, strategic origination platform HOME (Home Origination Made Easy). The focus of the role will be the major platform transition from the legacy CHL environment to HOME, and you will work closely together with engineers and designers to obsess over and create the future of home loan verification at CBA. In this role, you will Own and deliver the verification in HOME roadmap, balancing customer, operational and regulatory needs Leverage data, feedback and insights to identify opportunities to improve the user experience and reduce the time-to-decision Prioritise work to manage risk, resolve issues and improve verification outcomes Translate verification requirements into clear product intent and delivery outcomes Own operational risk, including issues, incidents and control uplift Engage stakeholders and governance forums across compliance, policy, lending, operations and technology We’re interested in hearing from people who have Experience delivering outcomes as a Senior Product Manager in complex organisations Demonstrated ability to influence and engage diverse stakeholders Strong delivery capability, managing work end‑to‑end A data‑driven approach to problem solving and decision making Strong understanding of regulated environments and safe product delivery Comfort working with ambiguity and translating requirements into outcomes (Jira/Confluence experience is beneficial) Ideally, experience or strong understanding of verification across the home loan application lifecycle If this sounds like you, apply now and help shape the future of verification within HOME—making it faster, safer and simpler for customers and the teams who support them.
